Our governing bodies

The Board of Trustees is Avenir Suisse's most senior governing body. It appoints the director and the members of all governing bodies, and approves the budget, annual financial statements, and annual report. The Board of Trustees meets twice a year.

The Management Committee oversees operations, approves the thematic priorities, monitors the finances, and prepares the meetings of the Board of Trustees.

The Finance Committee oversees the management of the foundation's assets. It reviews the financial reporting and the budget.

Professors from Switzerland and abroad oversee our research and ensure its methodological quality. They advise the director on setting research priorities, discuss projects with the Avenir Suisse research team, and remain in close contact with our experts.
