Short biography
Fabienne Reiter is Chief Operating Officer and Manager of the Support Foundation at Avenir Suisse. Prior to that, she was CEO at Brainsalt, a company specializing in mandates for board of directors and consulting. She was a member of the management team for several SMEs and Start-ups where she was involved in setting up and developing services and locations. Previously, she was in charge of human resources, employee development, marketing, finance and IT. She completed her training as a certified business economist (through a professional education institution) at the HFW Bern (formerly HKG Bern).
Education:
Certified Digital marketing manager (2022); Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration (2013–16); certified HR assistant (2011–12); basic commercial training (2003–06).
Professional Experience:
Chief Executive Officer at Brainsalt (2021–23); Assistant to CEO and co-responsible for the finance and human resources departments of a holding company with 12 subsidiaries (2017–20); Head of the human resources department at MoPi.ch GmbH (2016–17); Head of Administration at Profawo Bern (2010–16); Employee in the human resources, finance and marketing departments (2006–10).
